RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

RETURN WINDOW

eligible non-custom, non-hygiene physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

to qualify:

– you must contact us within 14 days of delivery
– the item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
– original packaging must be intact
– proof of purchase is required

return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

refunds apply to the product cost only. original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

– custom or personalised products
– custom art or design work
– made to order items
– press-on nail sets (custom and premade) due to hygiene and sizing
– digital products
– sale items
– gift cards

press-on nails

all press-on nail sets are final sale.

due to hygiene reasons and custom sizing, press-on nail sets cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing issues.

customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchase. sizing guides and/or sizing kits are provided to support accurate selection.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

please inspect your order upon delivery.

if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with:

– your order number
– clear photos of the item
– clear photos of the packaging

where a product is confirmed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

where eligible, exchanges or store credit are preferred over returns.

approved exchanges must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.

REFUNDS

once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

VIRTUAL EDUCATION & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

due to the nature of digital and education products, all sales are final. they are all non-refundable once accessed has been granted.

recorded digital products (ebooks, guides, pre-recorded workshops) are delivered automatically after purchase or within 1–2 working days where manual access is required.

live courses or scheduled workshops will have access details sent within 3–4 working days of purchase. the session will take place on the date stated at checkout.

by purchasing digital content with immediate access, you agree to waive your 14-day cancellation right once access has been granted.

if you experience difficulty accessing your purchase or identify a genuine error, please contact us. we are happy to assist with access issues, resend files, or correct verified errors.
