please read the information below before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIMES

processing begins once design details have been agreed in writing, and a confirmation email has been sent.

once your custom designs (physical + digital) have been agreed, please allow 1–2 weeks for processing.

custom work is created specifically for you and is not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has begun.

for pre-made/ready designs (physical products), once your order is confirmed, please allow 3–5 working days for processing before dispatch.

SHIPPING

uk delivery
estimated 2–5 working days after dispatch.

international delivery
estimated 7–21 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

in some cases where items are made to order, delivery may take longer than usual. please bear in mind most items are handmade one-offs or from small colllections so we may sell out of certain items at particularly busy periods. in this case we will inform you of a delivery date.

please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. dare u rebl is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.

international orders may be subject to duties, VAT, or customs fees. these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

for virtual/digital services and products, no physical items will be sent.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

please inspect your order upon delivery.

if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with:
– your order number
– clear photos of the item
– clear photos of the packaging

where a product is confirmed faulty, a replacement, store credit, or refund will be offered as appropriate.

normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, or incorrect sizing do not qualify as faults.

VIRTUAL EDUCATION & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

recorded digital products (ebooks, guides, pre-recorded workshops) are delivered automatically after purchase or within 1–2 working days where manual access is required.

live courses or scheduled workshops will have access details sent within 3–4 working days of purchase. the session will take place on the date stated at checkout.

all purchases of digital and education products are non-refundable once accessed has been granted.
